Whenever I don’t feel like working out, I just tell myself, “Just F***ing Do It”. It seriously helps me. I would suggest maybe finding a workout plan that you can do from home? I work out from home, and I prefer it much more than going to a gym.

I find a lot of people do actually notice; however, they just don't like to compliment or comment on your weight. You're doing so well! I agree, a weekly total is completely fine. Sometimes if I know I have a dinner party or something on a weeknight or weekend, I'll save up some extra calories for that night so I could have a treat or whatever and I still lose. I think it's all relative even on a weekly scale.
