Yup, same here. I had pizza for dinner tonight. I didn't go over on sodium or carbs and I still have calories left, too.

Carbs and chocolate. I'm usually within or under my calorie goal even when I do eat chocolate, but I eat too many carbs. I'm not worried. :smile:

I'll be at work, so I'll just make a smoothie there. Skim milk, frozen strawberries, whey, and a little bit of strawberry sorbet.

Even if I eat eggs, meat & a little whey, I don't hit my protein goal. Seems impossible for me.

I don't know how to lift properly. I try a little bit, but I feel like a fool, so I mostly stick to cardio. I was doing the elliptical for 30 mins and then cooling down on the treadmill because it has a built in fan, but I've switched out the elliptical for the stair climber thing.

Sorry to hijack your thread a little bit, but I see people mention greek yogurt a lot, so I was wondering, could someone describe the taste, maybe? It's very pricey compared to regular yogurt, but I never hit my protein goal, either, and tend to go over on my carbs. Is it comparable to balkan yogurt, or what?

I did 45 mins on the stair climber thing at the gym. First time using that machine, but I'm going to use it much more often now - it burns so many calories!

Judging from my heart rate monitor, I burn around 300 calories when I'm on the elliptical for around 45 minutes. That seems pretty low, but I'm not extremely overweight, so maybe that's why? idk.

No. From what I know, American thanksgiving has something to do with pilgrims or somesuch, whereas ours doesn't. Also, I'm married to an American and there are definitely some different foods.
