I had a ground Turkey Taco style salad last night. Taco seasoned Ground Turkey on top of Chopped Romaine with Shredded Cheese, Salsa and Sour cream...too good and I was so full.

Same here. It's the Shred not what your eating. I have gained/lost the same 4 pounds ever since I started the shred. Day 16 for me. However, my clothing size is shrinking steadily. That's why I am never going to tell people how much I way...only what size clothing I where....haha.

D14L2 done, I fell behind due to a little discouragement.. But I am back on since I went shopping for close and every size 6 I tried on fit.

D13/L2 completed. The scale is not moving...I am so frustrated. I need at least 10 pds gone.

L2/D2 completed. I gained back a pound. I wonder will I gain weight every time I start a new level. I gained 3 pounds when I started Level one, then lost it all by day 8. This is a little discouraging on the scale, however, I can fit into a size 6 now. I just want the scale to show it.

I have already started, but I am posting to motivate. This DVD works, I don't care what anyone says. You should see my arms, they lookin good and I am just 8 days in. I need to be in a size 6 dress by 11/19 so I am going not stop as well.

Can I join. I started on 10/12 though. I am on day D7/L1. I love level 1. It so weird I gained 3 pds, but when I checked today I had lost those 3 plus 1 more. I am also working out 20 min on the elliptical @ work so hopefully this is speeding things up.
