Okay - just hit the gym on my lunch break. I did 60 deep squats with a wide stance and 30 lb barbell..almost more like plies? A bunch of lunges with the 30 lbs barbell and for the first time did cable kickbacks.... will try to rest of the suggestions after work!!

how often o you ladies work your glutes? combine with leg day or give it a day of its own? I usually do a day for shoulders/chest, bicep/tricep, and a whole day dedicated to legs. usually incorporate cardio with it all and sometimes take a "rest" day just for cardio. do you give glutes their own day?

also will the cellulite on my butt become less visible the firmer it gets?

ok so I've only been squatting and stiff leg deadlift.... so I will get the book strong curves (already found it on amazon) ... do weight lunges.. but embarrassing question.. what are hip thrusts? like how to you properly do them?

I squat heavy! it's made a huge difference in my quads. maybe I need to stand feet wider when squatting to hit my *kitten* more?

Alrighty, yeah measuring and weighing everything. and i know, bread is a weakness of mine for sure, that's why i only buy sara lee 45 cal 100% whole wheat bread, low calories and 6 g of protein :)

I have been getting between 100-128 every day. One day I got 137.. but I make sure I get 100 at the least

I got stretch marks when I was like 11 or 12 just from growing. :(

I know you said except brown bread but............. I'm not a "brown bread" fan either, but Sara Lee 45 calorie multi-grain bread OR sara lee 45 calorie 100% whole wheat bread actually taste really good. it doesn't have the brown bread taste. and obviously only 45 cal a slice, with fiber, and 3 g of protein a slice

Great advice everyone. and I do lift weights/cardio at least 6 days a week so I might have a little more wiggle room anyways but I'm trying to cut right now so I know I have to be pretty strict

I know what you mean - it seems so tiring to track everything for the rest of our lives. But I mean.. just do that like 99.9% of the time... you can occasionally go out and splurge during maintenance and take a mental break and get back at tracking the next day

I either have: 2 or 3 scrambled eggs with 1 cup frozen veggies (microwaved) and 2 tbsp. of salsa... totally fills me up.
