5'5" CW: 129 GW: 120 ? I lift heavy so the scale doesn't move much. This week is the first time I weighed myself in weeks...but just started my cut so maybe I can get there!

I refuse to make him live my lifestyle, so I still buy whatever he likes when I grocery shop and I make 2 dinners, or sometimes he'll eat what I'm eating.

do you do weighted hip thrusts? Try using a barbell with bench if you don't, I'm up to 50 lbs with hip thrust x 100 and its awesome (I do 5 sets of 20, not 100 in a row)

I maintain very easily, I just make better choices the majority of the time and eat the junk in smaller portions and not as often. However when I cut then I have to track my calories very closely

my birthday is today and it will be impossible to track since my work got me a cake, and then tomorrow my husbands family is having cake for me... so i'll try to eat everything else healthier and just have a piece :)

if you're not happy at that weight its not because you're unhappy with the scale but with your body composition. lift weights, progressively getting heavier. build some muscle

This might sound silly but one thing that really helped me to clean up my diet was saying... "I DON'T eat fast food" If I say I "CANT" eat it I feel a lot more deprived and more likely to fail. Also theres nothing wrong with having chocolate in moderation... if you are able to eat it in moderation. if its a trigger for you…

Sometimes I cook my husband and I separate meals, otherwise I just weigh out my portions and stick to that much. It's not too time consuming right now but some day when we throw kids in the mix it might get a little more complicated
