today I baked a tortilla shell in the oven covered with cinnamon It was like cinnamon flavored chips...oven 350 for 10 min....

I was eating back the calories from working out then I stopped eating them and now I am loosing weight again. In here its about 50/50 to eat them or not to eat them...

not being able to touch the ground while swimming. If I cant touch then I PANIC.. And yes I LOVE the water I live next to it.

i am eating 1200 calories a day,,,,thats 350 per meal including 3 snacks a day.

I have a smallish back yard that is fenced in, I walk all around it, sometimes just to get a little walk in, and I have 2 labs that follow me...My neighbors must think im NUTS....round and round and round...lol

I use the WII, boxing or tennis...also i got the biggest loser for the wii..LOVE it...It is great for me as I am still new to working out.

tonight I made baked pork with apple slices with cinnamon.... You could chop up into chunks and make a pork stew,like a beef stew only with pork..

I have been doing 1200 calories for few months and have lost 12 lbs....My doc told me 1200-1400 calories per day...

drinking lots and lots of water will help your body flush out the salt in your body...i drink 64 oz a day..sometimes more if i feel my fingers bloating.

My nutritionist said you CANT eat too much protein and ya cant eat too much fiber....

It could be water weight. Or maybe its getting close to TOM (time of month) to start.... Your body needs at least 1200 calories a day...Add me if you like

Before I started working out and dieting I never knew when (TOM) would show up...Now that Ive been doing the diet and workout, it starts at the same time and is for a shorter time and not as heavy...

I too have the WII fitplus...I LOVE it! I use it almost everyday for my workout. I really like the boxing, gets my heart pumping good... Add me if you like. ~Amy~
