hello all.. I have lost 6 pounds since I posted this. I dont know its weird.. May be because I was nearing my period and wasnt losing enough.. after my "day of the month" I am losing slowly again.. I have lost 10-12 lbs since Aug 8th till date..In approximately two months..Now I feel more confident.. more to go..…

Thank you so much. I used to take approximately 1280 calories. Thats what MFP showed me in the beginning.. I use to enter everything I ate for more than a month. I got pretty upset when nothing changed. Well honestly I have lost 4 lbs in two months. But I dont trust the weighing scale , its stupid ! It keeps fluctuating…

Hi... I was using this app and it calculated 1280 for my specifications. I never used to weigh my food but trust me I used to enter honestly what I ate even if it was one extra baby carrot

Hi.. My case is similar as well.. I am 5'5 and weigh 150 lbs, 25 yr old. I have to bring it down to 125 in next 5 months somehow. I have been running atleast 3 miles (sometimes 5) during weekdays and about 10-12 miles during weekends. On average I manage to run atleast 5 days a week. I hadnt managed to count calories so…
