i work 2am - 10am which is a bit different to you but can still add me if you want :smiley: i split sleep so i have a social life. i typically sleep 2-4 hrs during the day and then 3-5hs at night before work

I find it hard to sleep after exercising so I sleep first, then exercise as soon as I get up took a bit to get into the habbit but now i automatically roll out of bed getting in my exercise gear and out the door and im there before I even have time to think of an excuse not to.

Due to last week not going so well i have decided I'm just going to start all over again. so instead of day 4 im going to say day 1 level 1 complete today. All the best to everyone this week :)

Day 4 level1 finally done, after four days off it felt like I was doing day 1again. Trying to decide to try fit in a second workout for a few days to get back on track or to just do an extra week of level 1, what do you guys think?

I too have evey just dance game but I dont use them consistently enough too say any weight loss is just because of it. Definitely fun and a feels like a good workout though.

Missed two workouts this week so will be doing all 7 days next week instead of the planed 5 to catch back up. cant catch up this weekend to many people at my house, too much stuff to do, due to having my mums birthday party here today :)

Sounds like you guys are doing great :) Day 3 level 1 done finding that its starting to get easier and noticed today that my work pants that I bought 3 weeks ago are a bit looser. Should have bought a size smaller and just squeezed into them for a little bit if id known id shrink so quickly.

Should be day 3 level 1 today but need to take a day off to let my knee heal(rolled my ankle resulting in badly grazed/cut up knee from falling onto gravel). gona have to switch to wall push ups for a bit so i can continue with this as not strong enough to do proper ones yet and cant put my knee on the ground without heaps…

Keen to join in :smiley: will start it on Monday (29th) plan at the moment is to do each level for 2 weeks Monday to Friday and take the weekends off. So use Saturday as a day for my muscles to recover and sunday i go to ballroom and salsa dance classes. anyone feel free to add me :smile:

hi i have a similar food budget also for 3 people. its not always easy to make good meals especially if you also dont have a lot of time. some things i do are cheap cuts of meat in the slowcooker, chunky vege soup, i make heaps of it and freeze it in containers so its a quick meal if i dont have lots of time. i always have…
