Just Dance Games

I have every just dance game there is. I was wondering if anyone has had a tremendous weight loss from said games? I was to gonna use them 1 to 1 1/2 hrs a day. 5 days a week.

I don't have weightloss from these games, however I do know that they can definetly get your heart rate up and your blood pumping.
Anyway, weightloss comes from a calorie deficit, not exercise. Not to say that exercise isn't good for you. I'd advice you to do any form of exercise you enjoy.0 -
I too have evey just dance game but I dont use them consistently enough too say any weight loss is just because of it. Definitely fun and a feels like a good workout though.0

I use them and have had weight loss but I also eat at a calorie defecit and do other exercises. I think every little helps and if using those games will make you exercise and have fun while you're at it then go for it
Just make sure that your really going for it to it get a good workout.
You can try it and if it makes a difference then keep going, if not, change it up.0
