Just Dance Games

I have every just dance game there is. I was wondering if anyone has had a tremendous weight loss from said games? I was to gonna use them 1 to 1 1/2 hrs a day. 5 days a week.

    I don't have weightloss from these games, however I do know that they can definetly get your heart rate up and your blood pumping.
    Anyway, weightloss comes from a calorie deficit, not exercise. Not to say that exercise isn't good for you. I'd advice you to do any form of exercise you enjoy.

    I too have evey just dance game but I dont use them consistently enough too say any weight loss is just because of it. Definitely fun and a feels like a good workout though.

    I use them and have had weight loss but I also eat at a calorie defecit and do other exercises. I think every little helps and if using those games will make you exercise and have fun while you're at it then go for it :smile:
    Just make sure that your really going for it to it get a good workout.
    You can try it and if it makes a difference then keep going, if not, change it up.
