What was your high and low for the day? So far my high was having my chocolate meal replacement shake (was looking forward to that half of banana!) and my low is having to drag myself out of bed to come to work lol.

What type of exercise was it? Mainly walking on breaks and lunch at work
What was your high and low for the day? High - packing my shakes for breakfast and lunch. My low was admitting that I had gained 6 pounds over my vacation week.

What type of exercise was it? I did a 40 minute Walk Away the Pounds DVD and an hour of weights. It was a very light lifting workout because my husband was tired but at least I got a little in.
What was your high and low for the day? Low: I felt very chubby and discouraged because I could be further along than I am if I were more disciplined (which is why I'm in this challenge!) High: I did five sets of 10 reps at 95 pounds on my squats and they felt really good and easy! The work I've been doing with hip thrusts and rotating squat styles is paying off because the issues I've been struggling with are starting to abate!

What type of exercise was it? I walked more than 10k steps. I also did a 30 minute second! plank for the first time in FOREVER! (I cannot believe that I almost missed my error; 30 minutes would've killed me!)
What was your high and low for the day? High; got some stuff done I've put off, including making a big and delicious soup that's easy to log. Low; craving chocolate and giving in to it in a BIG way.
