    What type of exercise was it? 33 min Zumba exercise on YouTube (195 cal burned)
    What was your high and low for the day? High- hitting 5# weight loss since 12/14/15. Low - feeling so sore that my legs almost give out as I walk down the stairs.

    I'm on day 1. And I worked out today.
    I did jafrican. It's a 10 and beyond.
    I logged my meals. It's a challenge because I switched to vegetarian but I feel better.

    low - having some anxiety about how slow this process is

    Day 2 (yesterday), all food tracked, 10 hardcore HIIT minutes! Low was eating an oreo truffle while I'm trying to wean off sweets, high was ONLY EATING ONE!

    What type of exercise was it? Cycling 10+ miles and 30 min on elliptical.
    What was your high and low for the day? Low was getting into an arguement. High was my bike ride.

    Best Meal: Tacos
    Worst Meal: Rice Krispies
    Goal for tomorrow: 30 min on Elliptical, abs and butt work out.

    Did you work out today? I did!
    What type of exercise was it? I did day 3 of 30 day shred!!
    High and low of the day: my high was my date last night/this morning and getting home at 5am...my low was getting home at 5am and getting 4 hours sleep.

    Did you track your food today: yes
    Did you Work out today: yes
    What type of exercise was it: Went to the gym - 10 min on the row machine and some resistance machines. At home, 30 min on the elliptical and some floor / ab work.
    What was your high and low for the day: Going out to the movies, no real low for the day... maybe procrastinating on paperwork.
    Mood on a scale of 1-10? 9
    Best Meal: HUGE salad
    Worst Meal: Coffee

    High - Getting my walking in, even though I didn't want to go outside after it rained
    Low- Hearing it rain outside my work window. I LOATHE rain

    What type of exercise was it? 30 min Cybex Arc trainer (287 cal burned)
    What was your high and low for the day? High- following through with my commitment to exercise and hitting close to 6,000 steps preworkout (so basically in my work day) Low - scheduled conference call and leader was no show. Don't like volunteering and them having folks waste my time.

    What was your high and low for the day? High- successful work day! Received kudos for a project that made it through approvals. Low - disappointed with no change in the scale.

    Thanks! I do stairs on my breaks instead of a walk and since I have a long commute, I come to work early to skip traffic and go to the gym in the morning! But I have my days where I literally do a set of squats or lunges and that's great too :)!

    What type of exercise was it? 10 mins HIIT on Elliptical 5 mins HIIT on stationary bike 5 mins with weights, I'll get in 12 flights of stairs on one of my breaks :)

    low - my dog woke me up 20 minutes before my alarm
    high - tomorrow is Friday!
