What type of exercise was it: Went to the gym - 10 min on the row machine and some resistance machines. At home, 30 min on the elliptical and some floor / ab work.
What was your high and low for the day: Going out to the movies, no real low for the day... maybe procrastinating on paperwork.

Thanks! I do stairs on my breaks instead of a walk and since I have a long commute, I come to work early to skip traffic and go to the gym in the morning! But I have my days where I literally do a set of squats or lunges and that's great too !0 -
