    What type of exercise was it? Kettle bell 14 day challenge
    What was your high and low for the day? High- was not very hungry most of the day which is unusual Low - not being able to completely finished the workout tonight.

    Low - spending today at the hospital sitting at my son's bedside while he got tests run...such a bummer for him (thankfully nothing terribly serious, just painful and long)... also I did not eat well today
