    Thank you! I had outpatient surgery yesterday and it seems like everything went as we hoped for. :smiley:

    Tracked food (not too hard...had to fast after breakfast!)
    Work out...yes/no...had surgery yesterday so walking to the bathroom counted :)
    High - waking up after the surgery

    How's your calorie intake? I was feeling that way and I realized I wasn't eating enough. When I upped my calories 100 or 200 then I felt a lot better and I actually noticed a better loss on the scale.
