    Exercise: Lots of walking
    High: Checked my grade in my calculus class and see that I have an A!
    Low: Working on a design that's turning into a pain

    Day 99
    Food tracked
    Exercise: Went for a walk/jog with the hubby and my older daughter
    High: Being able to have a nice walk, beautiful weather and lovely conversation
    Low: Homework isn't going as quickly as I'd like it

    High- Finally broke through my second weight loss stall
    Low - Need to sleep more

    Did you Work out today? Yes
    What type of exercise was it? Camp Crunch (30 min Hiit circuit at gym) Ended up working out with Marines lol

    High- So excited to be completing this challenge!!!!
    Low - Time to start a push up challenge for the month lol

    High: Completing the 100 day challenge that I didn't think I would see myself finish to the end!
    Low: Getting hung up on my homework, issues with the program that is used to do my calculus assignment

    ....I'm so proud of us! I see you mention a new challenge - keep me in mind if you start something new! I feel like I could use another way to keep myself motivated :smile:
