    Walked stairs at my classes, but pretty minimal
    High - getting good news at the doctor about my son
    Low - bad headache + the effects of surgery recovery on eating/exercise have been discouraging and I was hungry all day :(

    High - finished the first of five tests I have to take
    Low - just in a crummy mood, everything irritated me this morning! Doing better now.

    Tracked food - after the fact, we were out of town (and it was a crazy day of having American foods available so I ate some things I wouldn't normally eat...a little setback, but I am resetting today.)
    Worked out - walking in airports, lugging bags, up and down stadium steps all day
    High - Seeing my son play well in a tournament and being with friends
    Low - long travel day
    Mood - 9

    High- woke up smiling and hopeful
    Low - Meeting put off indefinitely. My depression affecting work has been escalated to HR for review. In the dark about how this will affect me passing my 1 year long probation (6 months in on the new job)

    What type of exercise was it? hiit on elliptical 20 mins and weights and 10 min jog

    High- Talked with my mom, had a good heart to heart. Spent time with my dog and fiance
    Low - Woke up initially feeling really depressed

    I just want to say thank you to you both for your kind words. I felt like losing weight would be the hardest thing I'd ever have to do, but I've quickly found that battling depression has been and will be much harder. But if, no when, I beat depression I will only prove to myself that I can do anything and having a harder life struggle makes losing weight that much more attainable in my mind! Let's keep going. Putting one foot in front of the other even when we can't see the road we're walking on.

    You are so welcome. We all need support and a kind word. I've been through depression as well and come out at the other end of it better able to face life. Your exercise and healthy eating can only help you with this, I know it has made a difference for me. I'll be praying the darkness will lift for you soon and you'll be able to see more brightness ahead. :)

    Tracking food (need to post now since I'll be out later)
    Exercised - 25 minutes of really tough HIIT...first "real" exercise since surgery...yay!
    High - skyping with my daughter, and my son hearing he got accepted by a tough university he applied to!
    Low - Couldn't make it to church today, was too wiped out by our whirlwind trip
