    Tracked my food
    Exercised - cleaned our place from top to bottom (phew!)
    High - getting our house back in good shape after a really crazy month

    Today was my birthday so I gave myself the day off of tracking...nothing too crazy, though :)
    Exercise - walking up and down a huge hill twice
    High - hanging out with friends, skyping with my son
    Low - sitting in traffic on the way home
    Mood - 10

    Tracked my food...although I've gone way over due to b-day continuation and a real day off...it's alright, though, I will just get back on it tomorrow.
    Excercise - going to walk around the mall tonight with my husband
    High - Date tonight and getting to stay home and read, work on a puzzle and cook with my youngest
    Low - tracking my food! ;)

    High - Having my momma and daddy stay at my house today to take care of my baby, since I had to go to work. Momma cooked dinner for us and loved my baby daughter all better <3

    High - I am loved...by God and my family (this could be my "high" every day!)
