    What type of exercise was it? 30 mins hiit on treadmill, 30 mins on elliptical (I wanted to do a 2hr workout to kill some stress but my phone died :) )

    Day 78
    Food tracked, a little better choices than Tuesday, but still not keeping myself very accountable
    Work out: jogged some stairs, whew that was tough!
    High: Was invited to be part of a faith formation group at church and the first meeting was so inspiring!
    Low: My meeting ran late so I wasn't home to tuck the girls into bed

    High: Being able to increase my treadmill speed after a couple days of low energy for working out. Low: no lows :)
