    Worked out - deck of cards w/o with push-ups, sit-ups, squats, planks and burpees, made it through more than half the deck :)
    High - two hour skype with my older kids
    Low - no big low

    You'd love it! Definitely something to make you feel good and smile and burn close to 1000 calories depending on how intense the class is!
