  • I do mine on an old smart phone that is not connected to cell phone service anymore, if you download the app beforehand it should still work. At least that's how I do it..

  • I feel the same way- it's very comfortable to be the day girl(oddly enough) although, Ialso have it towards food, too. Every day is a new fight for me against my addiction to food!

  • I'm 26 and used to live in Michigan :) Kansas now though (can't wait for vacation back home coming up!).... and I have a ton of weight to lose. Not always the best at commenting on everything, but could always use more friends!
  • I've fallen off the wagon more times than I can count, but trying to take a better-more balanced approach. Maybe changing one habit at a time will stick longer. It's hard, life happens, we will fall, but just have to get back up more times than we fall. Keep going!

  • This!!!! I've recently realized that I haven't included God in my other weight loss attempts and that needed to change. Between Satan and my own temptations it's a pretty sorry state otherwise!
  • It seems like I do c25k every spring to warm up after winter hibernation but I'm back at it now...even as obese! Do you have a goal 5k picked out? I'm just starting now so I'll be a few weeks behind you...but always welcome new friends!
