I've been reading lots of mention of this and have been curious. What is it? What does it involve? How can I become more conscious?
But why should you only weigh yourself onces a week? What's the harm in doing it every couple of days? I should know this because I'm not new to the weightloss journey, but I don't and can't make myself wait. Its kind of like Christmas for me?
