I guess I didn't notice someone disliked it. Oh well! I definitely don't want to lose 70 that quickly. I'd be thrilled with 35-40! Great job with the losses! 1 a week is slow and steady and hopefully easier to keep off!

Week 4, day 1 done. She is sooo evil. I finished workout over 2 hours ago and my muscles still feel completely spent. Cardio was wayyy hard. I'm so glad I got back into this. Week 3 day 1 was BRUTAL!!!! I cannot do those strength moves in circuit 3, wth!? My arms don't bend that way for the tabletops. Seriously, they start to fall asleep. Jillian is a rock star

Week 2 day 5 done. Are you ladies waiting to move to the next week until you've accomplished all the moves? I want to move on to work different muscles, but am still do some modified moves (especially the ones involving planks)

my wrists are fine today :) .... but shoulders.. OMG! I have really weak & loose joints. I was actually diagnosed with multidirectional instability a few years ago, so I'm curious are planks going to help or hurt me with my shoulder issue? Anyone know?

I had to take a day off. I can barely move today after day 2 of ripped, and cleaning my parents' bin for 2 hours yesterday. So tomorrow I'll start fresh with day 3 of ripped and with day 1 of 6 pack abs :) Wooohoo! Lovin all this motivation from all you ladies!!

I going to start 6 week 6 pack after a few days of doing ripped. Today was my 1st day of Ripped, and I cleaned the garage for 4 hours, so I'm not sure how I'm going to feel tomorrow. Hoping start 6 pack on Fridayish :) Soooo excited! Love me some Jillian!!
