I bought 6 weeks, 6 pack and I'm trying to figure out how to do both videos thru the month of May. Any suggestions on what to do? Should i do both on the same days? I wanted to do Ripped 5 days/week. IDK. Thoughts??
6 week 6 pack level 2 kicks my butt all of the time. i sweat like crazy doing that. so when i eat more than i should. i just do that dvd the next day and i feel good haha it really works too. but i love all of jillians dvds. i probably have like 10 of them.0 -

Happy Mothers Day to all the moms! Looking forward to starting week 2 tomorrow.0
-
I decided to RIP today. I had to workout so I figured I might as well RIP. Ready for week 2 tomorrow!0
-
I finally did my first day of Ripped in 30 today and loved it. I'm excited for results and think Jillian's method is awesome. How often are you all doing the video? I planned on incorporating it and 6 week 6 pack into my already cardio filled week but don't want to overdo it. I haven't done 6 week 6 pack yet, will do it tomorrow. It's hard to work out as much as I want with the whole family home on the weekends.0

Can't wait to rip today. Im already seeing a difference. Lost one lb and an inch off my waist!0
-
Started Week 2 today. It was more challenging. I have lost 0.4 so far. At least its a loss, and after this weekend I will take any loss! Everyone have a great Monday.
I am doing Ripped every day. I may cut out a day, but I will do a minimum of 6 days a week.0 -
Week 2 Day 1 done!! so great this morning, after a not so good day of eating yesterday, its what I needed, a GOOD BUTT KICKING from Jillian!!
I am also doing it at least 6 days a week.
Happy Monday!0 -
Sooo week 2 day 1 under my belt....yeah I was sweating alot earlier. I did have to stop a couple times and really watch what she was doing so I could properly follow along. I can already feel my abs getting sore. Which is good!! This is gonna be a tough week0
-
I have put my son down for a nap twice today and started week 2 twice today. Everytime I get to the first floor pose he starts screaming. Ahh hopefully ill get to rip at some point today.0
-
On day six of level one:) did my weigh in and measurements I've lost 3 pounds and 1.25 inches in a week, loving this!!! Edited to start week 2 this week, looks like everyone is doing great!0
-
Week 2 Day 2. I really have to watch to figure out some of these moves! Doing some modified moves this week.:ohwell: And I hate mountain climbers!!! Everyone have a great day!0
-
Dang shoulders are screaming! Week 2 Day 2! I hear Susan, this one is a lil trickier!0
-
those stupid dang plank exercises....I know they're good but man my shoulders are so sore.
ETA: week 2 day 20 -
Week 2 day 1 for me. I don't like mountain climbers either however I hate jumping both my legs in. Lol0
-
I started late so I'm only on week 1, day 3. Liking it so far but feel like maybe I could shorten up week 1 and start week 2 early? It's challenging but I want more. I've been pairing it with 25 minutes of cardio and extra abs at night. Maybe I'll add 6 week 6 pack tonight? Haven't watched that one yet.0

While doing Week 1, I was able to also do 6w6p. However with week 2, no way I am gonna try! Of course I was doing it in the morning, right after I ripped. Could probably do it in the evening, if I made the time.0 -

I tried 6 week 6 pack one day along with Rip, but decided I want to get stronger with Rip before I start doing 6 pack regularly What did you decide?0 -
Anyone else's wrists sore from week 2 Rip? Mine were killing me during the workout, kinda scared to see how they feel tomorrow0
-
Yes, wrist and shoulders, hurt but its a good hurt, right?!! i feel like a weakling....Keep it up! half way thru with week 2
designerdiscounts-Week 1 didn't seem as challenging to me and that might be from coming off of Level 3 of Shred, I don't think it would hurt to skip....but I did have a lot of soreness in the back of my thighs and back from Week 1 moves. So even though we might think it's "easy" its toning us!0 -
Week 2 Day 3 complete. I had very little motivation today. But I pushed through it and did it! Hope i'm not losing my steam!:noway:
My wrist do not hurt because there is no way I can do those tables correctly! My wrists are just not strong enough and my butt is too large to hold up with my hands that close to it! So I modify badly on that one. Everyone have a great day!0 -

Oh, the backs of my legs are very sore and tight - Jillian is definitely kicking my butt, literally. I'll do it for a couple more days and then maybe start into week 2 without a break. That will be 5 days of week 1 before starting week 2. Then I'll do the full weeks of week 2-4. I'm excited to start week 2, sounds like it's hard!0 -
Just bought the dvd set for getting ripped. Should be fun to add to my walking to help me lose. This has been an eye opener on watching what I eat. I'm glad I came on board. I'm hoping to make a change by June so I don't have to go on insulin. Is that motivation or what! But I need to lose weight to feel better!0
-
week 2 day 3 done. I can definately tell I am getting stronger. I will do some reps in the advanced and then back down to modified before I pass out. I can tell that by doing that I am sweating more. I started TOM today and so I was dreading doing it, but once I got started I got into it. My wrists don't hard but the palms of my hands do, b/c I do it on the carpet of my living room.
My neck is also sore, but I think its b/c I catch myself looking down and back towards my feet while doing the plank exercises. I should be keeping it straight. Woops.0 -
my wrists are fine today .... but shoulders.. OMG! I have really weak & loose joints. I was actually diagnosed with multidirectional instability a few years ago, so I'm curious are planks going to help or hurt me with my shoulder issue? Anyone know?0

How are y a'll entering it in the exercise log. I timed the workout, starting after warmup and before cool down and got like 23-25 minutes, I forget now, so I log it as 23 minutes of circuit training...I'd rather estimate on the lower end. How long are yall entering it in for??0

you still burn during cool down and warm up, so I just made my own Exercise "Ripped in 30" ...I'm anxious to see tonight what my HMR says, now that I know how to use it0
