I too have underactive thyroid (Rx), high cholesterol (no Rx yet), insulin resistance (Rx) and acid reflux (Rx). Needless to say I'd like to get rid of some of these Rx's. I have low thyroid & take meds for it & have no problem w/ yogurt. Dr. Oz is a highly-regarded specialist, but not everything works for everyone.

It's why I quit Weight Watchers online & now doing this instead. WW is not expensive, but I like more control over my food plan.

I think unless you are a diabetic, I wouldn't worry about being 'over' on your sugar intake. Of course, certain fruits have more sugar than others, but I think as long as you don't eat white, refined sugar, you should be o.k. It's something I crave though & it's really hard to give up!:smile:
