Props to you for sticking to your agreement. I do feel sorry for you though man. The women on this site are awesome.

Fist bump.

NEWSFLASH, yes you are right that some people are fat because of medical conditions, BUT, the majority of people are fat because they are poorly educated in nutrition, and can't keep from stuffing their own face with nice tasting things. You'd be better being a crusader for the people with the medical problems. Also a lot…

What did I miss?

The water doesn't add any calories, it is merely stating two different weights. Typically most things have to say their cals per 100g first, then at a recommended serving. Use dry weight if you want or the cooked weight. Just make sure you are accurate.

Only weigh with clothes if you wear similar clothes everytime. Denim can be heavy, I'd suggest if you want to wear clothes for a weigh in, wear whatever you might wear to bed. I started weighing in naked so now have to do that everytime. Truth is it doesn't matter since the overall trend is whats important, just be…

I like it that the ticker in your signature has quite literally gone off the scale lol.

Yeah I think its most noticeable on my face, shame it isn't belly that goes first rather than last!

Christ these abbreviations are killing me these days. All the best with your efforts though, all you ladies!

Thanks guys.

How many sports bras do you have? I'd say dedicate one or two to being the ones that get the lotion, that way any stains will be relatively isolated to just those two. Live with it.

I prefer motivational quotes over images of people drinking.

The fact that you are only really using very obese people/bariatric patients as an example speaks for itself. No one said VLC diets are a terrible idea for those types of people. But they are probably in the extreme minority. It would be a good idea to not start your argument generalising, and then changing your mind and…

Unless you have an actual special diet that means you can't eat certain things, dont do it. You are going to have to learn to adapt to these events as they will always come. How about you just don't stuff your face? Or you stuff your face and move on, tomorrow is another day.

Don't worry about it, running is absolutely horrible when you first start, especially when heavy and unfit. Just trust the process and you will see that it will get better. Everytime you run you get fitter.

I would just turn your activity level to active or very active and leave it at that for a month or so.

Bump for later reading, but I will firstly say, holy *kitten*, well done mate!!

This makes no sense in anyway. Yes it makes sense to the point of your body is fluctuating. Don't get tied up with weight fluctuations daily other than to notice them to see that things CAN change for almost no reason. Just keep doing what you are doing and you can pay attention to the mini daily fluctuations providing you…

Well obviously your running wasn't better in them. Try a new shoe.

Well done! You rock!

Optimum Nutrition Gold is always a very safe bet. But can be pricey, what country are you in? if in UK I'd recommend trying myprotein.co.uk, their Whey powder is very good and very cheap. Maximuscle is pretty reliable brand too.

I don't think I'll go back anytime soon, it was pretty expensive for what it was. And I didn't particularly rate the fries, but dayyyummm, that burger. Feeling bit of a food coma now.

Everything is worth the money if you use it and it serves a purpose. Fitbit was fun for me, but I realise after a while that it was a bit of a gimmick for me. Made me move more though.

Agreed! It's pathetic, especially if you see what Rugby players put up with!

It is not fair that these before and afters are the same people

Well done, more girls need to see how good lifting can be for them. Its such a shame that its seen as a man's sport (typically).

When I first started about 36/37 mins. Now I can run it in 27. Do the C25K program, it really helps a lot of people! I also found the distance quite daunting, so divided it in half so thought of it as 1.5 miles 'there' and 1.5 miles back home. Obviously if you are running 2.9 to a certain place you can't do that. Just…
