Sounds like you are just more efficient at doing it. You should find that your last few reps are really hard but with good form. If they are fine then you need a heavier weight. Also don't be afraid to mix it up, find new moves.

Are you sure your heart rate stays up the whole 30 mins compared to it not during cardio?! Doing steady state cardio should maintain a high heart rate, compared to strength training where you start and stop to get new weights, change position etc.

I must admit I'd like to know more about this, I often don't try as hard to eat extra protein on days when I'm relatively inactive. I understand it's probably not a good idea but I'd be interested to know more about why its good even on non active days.

Since you are in the USA I can't really suggest any as I'm in UK. But if you really want no added junk, make it yourself, by some unflavoured or flavoured whey protein and make some flapjacks/cookies.

You can add progression with bodyweight by adding ankle weights, weighted vests, and sandbags. bodyrock.tv is another example of this. Love the Barstarzz guys too. Makes me wish I was light enough to bust out even one good pull up lol.

Annoyingly McCain (best chips in the UK) only give cooked weight I think, pretty hard to guess what it'll be when you put it in frozen!

I won't do a ticker as I use runkeeper to keep me up to date! But I'm currently on week 4 of Hal Higdon's 10 mile training plan, so this month I should hit 40 miles.

I'd consider a 5-6 minute mile a taking it easy pace, so I'd say it'd take you 25-30 mins..
