I'd say cardio is featuring too high on your weights days since you also run. Reduce the cardio to a warm up on the gym days. If that doesn't help consider having some energy supplies to hand for the running, like gels, bananas etc.

Yeah sounds way too high dude. I am 215lbs 5ft9 and I burn about 700-800 cals an hour doing hard cycling. Although I am quite fit with it, at my most unfit I'd say max 900 cals an hour.

This thread might be better than porn.

I don't know if this has been said before, but I noticed in your meal plan it said rice OR steamed veg. This isn't a good idea at all, it should be both, or no rice.

It won't get you fit, its just better than sitting on the sofa playing games. That being said, playing games for an hour on wii fit, is better than an hour doing nothing.

Providing you can work out the difference between PAIN and ACHE, then I would 100% say to not work out on a painful joint. Pain is your bodies way of saying no more. However there is nothing stopping you from doing other things that don't involve the knee. Swim? It's probably too late for ice. Keeping it elevated would…

Give yourself one 24 hour plan. Just one. Do it, see how you feel. Give it a day without it and consider doing it again. Then again.

I know its tough not to, but I really wouldn't focus on what others consider a good time. I know its tempting to see how you must compare, but at 300lbs you can get amazing times and rubbish times and it won't help you really. Best thing you can do is set your own personal target and aim for that.

Hey, i commute to work, used to be 13 miles each way but moved and now its 10 miles, I can either do 10 miles on the road each way or I can use my mountain bike and take the canal for 10 miles each way. Happy to answer any questions.

I'm 13lbs off that target and can't wait for that day either. Well done!

Well done

Not having the clothes there anymore might also psychologically play a part in not allowing the weight to creep back on.

Eliptical is for very obese people who need an easy way to start exercising, otherwise you'd get more benefit from just walking.

My favourite when people do before and after photos is when the background is the same, or they have the same tattoos etc. Just makes it even more real. well done.

Start counting everything you put in your mouth religiously for the next 3 months.

I didn't think there was any confusion as to why Americans are overweight.

I don't understand the question.... I suggest you learn more about calories.

I don't believe that it takes 4 weeks for your body to adjust to things and show results. That number is just there to try to not let people feel disheartened that they don't see results instantly. Some people see almost instant scale results, some not for month or more. Just keep doing what you are doing and have…

Depends on how you fuel yourself and how much of a wimp you are at interpreting tired/achey muscles from damaged and need to rest. Simple answer is no, unless its too much for you.

There are a lot worse things she could be eating. It's bit too extreme for my liking, but she looks good and obviously feels good.

Pickled onion monster munch calories are better for you.

I'm sure we wouldn't be having this discussion if BB had not decided to very cleverly name their sales resps 'coaches'. It's marketing gold whoever's idea that was.

Sounds like this place is the perfect place for you Plenty of people on here have lost a lot of weight and have been much heavier than you, with potentially worse habits. Nothing is irreversible. Just start logging your food and doing as MFP tells you. Visit the forums and enjoy it here.

Haha, love it.

It is conceivable that you are just incredibly unfit. Baby steps, slow n steady wins the race etc

Congratulations for taking control of your life! I'm sure you will see so many new opportunities appear, and you'll seize old ones aswell.
-
Good luck! I'm on it too atm. My diet sucks soI don't think I'm losing what I should lose. But I've noticed myself much more flexible and thoughtful of my body.

For me personally I have to do it as percentages since the amount of exercise I do is varied, therfore the amount of grams of each is never a constant.
