If i am over in protein i feel good the next day. If I am over in carbs i feel bad. I have never come close to being over on fat. I had been going over on sugar but have fixed that problem. Many people on here readjust there percentages of protein carbs and fats.

3 servings of egg whites, the ones in the milk carton. A 100 cal burrito shell, the high in fiber one. Usually a cut up Roma Tomato with mustard. I nuke the egg whites in a bowl with a dash of spray olive oil. Really fills me up and is 200 calories.

Mine has went up as much as ten. Especially if I have been sitting in a car traveling. Seems like it goes quick.

My first couple weeks i dropped twenty pounds and change. The last couple weeks it has really slowed down. I did have a lot farther to go than you. I think my body is still reeling from not having to carry around all the extra weight.....lol

Get split chicken breasts instead of boneless skinless. Doesn't take much to cut them out and will save some money. Buy freezer bags and when you catch real good sales buy as much as you can. Whatever you do don't keep them. I have kept them in the past only to grow back into them. You can write off $4,999.00 a year from donations to goodwill. I also have given away a lot of clothes in the past few months. I am holding on to my size 60 suit. Down to a size 48 now.

Counting calories and excercising. What is wild is I am looking at the next four or five days ahead and wondering where i will get my excercise time. In the past that wouldn't even be a thought. So i guess i am going to get up earlier.

I use to look around and say, "At least I am not as fat as that guy." Then i realized there was no one else left to compare to.......lol I was way to overweight and felt awful.

Doc told me to stick to the elliptical a couple weeks ago. Seems I had overdid it with my knee. The elliptical has fitted that niche. I have also started canoeing on the weekends. I don't float down river, I paddle up and float back down.

If you pulled the skin off the chicken and the ingredients you used that sounds pretty good. Also pretty healthy. Just make sure when you go to eat it you weigh out how much chicken you consume.

I watch calories and fiber. I usually go over on protein everyday. I also take a multi-vitamin to make sure I am getting the nutrients I need.

For about two months i didn't sleep at all. I am still not sleeping as much as I should be even now.
