I keep Special K protein bars and fruit handy at all times. Sometimes it might be hard for me to get something to eat. Especially healthy. The bar and fruit tends to tide me over though. NSV=Non scale victory

I guess I am lucky that our school has a fresh salad bar everyday with lots of good veggies on it and salad dressing options. Is this unique to where I am or is this something that occurs more frequently?

Grill, meats, fish, veggies...Start out marinating everything in fat free italian dressing.

I can't wait to stop having to buy new clothes all the time. It is nice though I finally don't have to buy from the big and tall anymore. Regular clothing you can always find on sale.

I always keep fresh pineapple in the fridge. Also try consuming lots of water when you feel hungry. I have been doing this since the first of May and have had a few night relapses. But by eating healthier through the day the few times I have had the night urges haven't affected my goals.

I switched from the megamen to the wally world brand. Haven't seen any real difference but with my diet i know i need the added nutrients.

I have considered it and know people that have had it done. The thing is a couple of them have put back on the weight with gastric bypass. I like to buy the split chicken breasts....bone and skin included. You get these much cheaper and with a good knife you can have that breast away from the bone in seconds. Peel of the skin and good to go. Good way to save some money and it seems that these are usually larger than the ones already cut away from the bone.

Use fiber one cereal not the flake one. The one that looks like well it doesn't look good at all. But actually has a nice sweet taste to it. Run it through a food processor then dredge your chicken in egg and coat. It also makes great baked onion rings.
