  • Level 2 makes me sweat so much more too - it's great!! BTW - I've heard you should not measure yourself right after a workout bc your muscles are alot larger than normal bc all the extra blood that is circulating. You should weigh and measure first thing in the morning.

  • I try to use 5lbs for the majority of the workout but have to switch to 3lbs on some workouts...You just use what you are comfortable with :-)
