Good workout. Had to make a few tweaks (couldn't do the side jack knives - hip bone was digging into the ground). Those jack knives are killer. HgH

I don't know if it is just me, but I actually get more "motivated" in away when I see people as I jog outside. When I see someone watching my jog or if I jog by them I get more motivated and a boost of energy to go harder and stronger. 1) Eliminate acidic foods, especially tomatoes. Last week I think I got acid reflux and it burned :frown: .
