HA, it's not just he beer, it's the food that goes with it before, during and after... I just do my best during the week knowing I'm going over on the weekend. On Halloween just take a few shots to minimize calories?

Commuting until December 1 - started in July. 417 miles in September 32 kms per day (16 kms per ride), 5 days a week with heavy backpack on mountain bike HIIT rain, WIND, snow, hail, tornado or shine. 672 kms in September (417 miles) AVG. 22.5 km/hr. (14 mi/hr.)

I'm guessing if you are on a store's website there is a good chance you are going to buy something and an unlikely chance you will want to if they make you pay to enter the site so they will eat the cost and/or pay for it through advertising on their website.

Without a doubt putting something like that into your permanent routine will do you well. I have no choice but to ride my bike to work every day. If you can somehow make that your case for at least walking to work you have an automatic advantage.
