Just saying I have used it... It worked and I have seen several other use it and it worked for them too... I have seen it not work for a few but I would say 95% of those I known to use Kinesio tape has seen some results. It is a option Thanks for the studies though.

I love kinesio tape... I used it after my last knee surgery and had minimal swelling. I have had 4 knee surgeries so far.

Kinesio tapping works if you PT knows how to do it for swelling. You can also look into a thigh high compression stocking to wear all day

I'm 5'5" and believe my current weight is around 163lbs right now... Just came back from vacation a week ago and my scale is broke so I figured I give it a few weeks before I get a new one and see how I'm doing then... I would like to get down to 135lbs...

No... For some it's normal... It's called crepitus. Basically fancy medical term for cracking, popping or grating in a joint

If it doesn't hurt... No need to worry about it. The cause could be multiple things and really a doctor would be able to diagnosis why... But it be a waste of time and money if it's not affecting your function

What's the difference if you drink diet soda. If you like the taste enjoy your tea and look at the weight loss as a added bonus. But have you changed your diet or exercise any other way?

I have about 22lbs to go 5'5" Cw: 157 GW:135 I have not been this weight since high school so it's hard for me to see the finish line... As of now I have lost 10lbs in 2.5 months which I think is a good rate not to mention I still enjoy the "junk" foods in life. We can do this!

I use it on lifting days and it seems to help prevent some soreness... Aka aids in muscle recovery. Cardio can break down muscle too so if you are experiencing any soreness it wouldn't hurt to give it a try.... My husband swears by it but he also works out 3x a day
