I thought it was overestimating calories during exercise. I try not to eat any of my calories back from exercise so not to worried. I do like to check my HR randomly during my exercise to see what percentage I'm working at

Today I did my strength training for about an hour then a 15 min cool down on recombinant bike. Later did Zumba for the first time and then in the afternoon I did 30 mins on a Precor .

I would suggest morning.... I don't think ninepins survive if I had to fast all day then exercise. Swim, bike, walk, 4 way straight leg raise, isometric quad set, stretching of hamstring and IT band and calf, heel slides, ankle pumps And don't forget RICE if there is swelling Rest, ice, compression and elevation !

Fill 20oz bottle with water and freeze and at the end of the day roll your foot over it. It massages the tendons and the ice will help with inflammation

4 blocks away.... Could probably walk but I do not because I don't think I could make the walk back.... Not to mention it's starting to break 100 degrees everyday

I have had 4 knee surgeries and I found that the bike is the best.... Love it actually! But slowly start strength training too which has helped....

Have you look into egg donation.. I know sounds kinda odd but it pays well and if you qualify the medical is covered and you can receive anywhere between 4,000-10,000. Just an option

If you are worried then do box squats... I have had 4 knee surgeries and that is what I do because I have lost range of motion in my knees... I so do deadlift(70lbs) today but once again I just don't go into deep squat... Probably won't go much higher in weight because I don't want to cause low back issues
