they do not need to be full pagers. I totally agree, after 4500 days straight of using this app, from its infancy and being one of the original testers. It has become a full blown ad campaign app. Ads do not keep it free, they annoy customers to the point of buying an overpriced premium package. Keep the small bar…

Some of their products are good but you have to ask yourself, how do i want to live my life. I lost my weight by eating 1400 calories a day...and exercising. Before buying i suggest asking the rep for a before and after picture to see how the product helped them....not some cousin twice remove or some other person, the rep…

as others have stated, you can gain or lose exercising. calories in vs calories burn, you can eat more, but you need to still watch it. I am an avid runner and can still gain weight if i do not eat correctly.

interesting thing on the internet i found...so of course it must be true.... :) Your liver is in charge of turning foods into energy for our cells, usually in the form of glucose. Alcohol has to be specially processed by the liver — and since it is considered a poison by the body, it gets priority in the processing line…

I weighed 350 lbs at one time (now 180) and if you would ever say lets run a 5K I would have laughed. I also started the C25K program. Started Week 5 Day 1 this week. I absolutely love running now. I put on my iphone and just run to the music. I also get home and bike ride for an hour afterwards. Attempting a Duathlon in…
