i dont post too often, and am not friends with a bunch of people. But I have been with this program for many moons. It, to me, is the best way to track what you eat and balance your day. While i have gained and lost throughout the years, i for the most part, have maintained a decent weight range.

i remember being one of the users for the prototype app way back in the day. I cannot believe how much this site how grown. I rarely post, but this app has been one of the best programs i have used. Looking forward to 3650 days straight.
