3972 consecutive days today. I remember when I joined at 375lbs....This, by far, has been the best way for me to control my weight. I use it for calorie count, but also to track what food affects my digestion. This is very important to me as I have no gallbladder, have chronic pancreatitis and bouts of IBD. I know what i can and cannot eat, or can eat knowing i will need to be home for a bit.
