you know i just realized i am at 1579 consecutive days...this is really a lifestyle changer. of course that was over 175lbs ago when i started. i have had my ups and downs during this time and even today i need to keep accurate track or it can and will come back. Don't let no weight loss or slight gains keep you from attaining goals...just be persistent, keep track, even on the going out to eat or special occasion days(can't tell you how many time i dinged 4000 cal in one day). best of luck to everyone
