Winding the year up with 466.4 miles. The last few months have been pretty dismal. This morning's run/walk was 3.14 miles. Now I feel like having some pie. Onward to 2025.

I think that I am out for a while. I hurt my back and am walking with a cane. I don't know what I did but yesterday morning my balance was off and it was hard to stand. I signed up for a 5K race this Saturday and will miss that. It is a holiday-themed race and last year they had 4700 finishers. I haven't missed that race…
