    Yeah for a great run @Avidkeo !

Great run @SummerSkier . Cold and WINDY are not the best conditions for tennis. If you did, I hope the wind died down and you had fun.

Nice running @Laurz9191 . Sorry about the earbud. I'm sure that was very frustrating. But, you have a new pair!

I think that I am out for a while. I hurt my back and am walking with a cane. I don't know what I did but yesterday morning my balance was off and it was hard to stand.

I signed up for a 5K race this Saturday and will miss that. It is a holiday-themed race and last year they had 4700 finishers. I haven't missed that race for the last 10 years or so.

So very sorry to hear about your back @emptydog - hopefully it’ll be a quick recovery.

    December Goal: 125 miles

    12/1: 10.02 miles
    12/2: 3.26 miles
    12/3: 6.02 miles
    12/4: 6.02 miles
    12/5: 6.25 miles
    12/6: 3.26 miles
    12/8: 10.10 miles

    44.93/125 miles completed for December

It wasn't raining this morning, but it was cold and cloudy and damp, not my favorite running weather. I wore shorts and a t-shirt with my sleeves and my fingerless gloves. I was worried that they would be too much, but I was glad I wore them. I took them off a couple of times, but always ended up putting them back on. I ran 10 miles. It was a pretty uneventful run, but I did see this cool heron.

    Dec total: 28.5 miles
    YTD: 982.5/1200 miles

    12/2: 4.4 miles
    12/3: 4.4 miles
    12/4: 3.9 miles
    12/7: 10.4 miles
    12/8: 5.4 miles

Things have been a bit hectic and I got very behind on the thread and posting my runs. I liked and hugged through the last few pages. I am going to try to do a better job of staying on top of this.
It's been cold and rainy here. I've gotten out for my runs though. As you know, I kind of love crappy weather.

    Happy belated birthday @Scott6255.

Hope the back feela better soon @emptydog. Have you had something like this before?

    Morning all
    Got in 7.49M at 09"22.

Oh, recommend horror-thriller "Heretic" starring Hugh Grant. (Yes, this seems to be a nightly reoccurring thing now with my teen!).
Hugh Grant is brilliant in it as a comical British religion-hating pyschopath

    Nice run @tarun_yadavA!

Had a good chuckle re: your Hallmark Christmas movie comment (picturing you and teenage son watching…. 😂)

Hugh Grant ♥️ giggle…. Though he’s gotten old…. will have to watch
