  • I find that I am most likely to get my exercise in if I do it before the kids are up. So I get up early and I have something like a banana or yogurt, just to give me the fuel to get through the workout and then I have breakfast after.

  • LaDawn, it sounds like you need to find a good recource for at home workouts. A simple one to start with is Leslie Sansone's "Walk Away the Pounds". She has many different programs, of varying difficulty and they combine cardio with some weight bearing exercises.
  • all stuff I've heard, but it does make me think about the bet my friend and I hve about who can lose 5 lbs first. If I lose, it's okay, because I believe I am doing it right!
