I find that I am most likely to get my exercise in if I do it before the kids are up. So I get up early and I have something like a banana or yogurt, just to give me the fuel to get through the workout and then I have breakfast after.

Greek yogurt IS different than regular yogurt, but the brands vary widely. In my opinion the store brands that I have tried and even Yoplait are rather nasty on their own. LaDawn, it sounds like you need to find a good recource for at home workouts. A simple one to start with is Leslie Sansone's "Walk Away the Pounds". She has many different programs, of varying difficulty and they combine cardio with some weight bearing exercises.

all stuff I've heard, but it does make me think about the bet my friend and I hve about who can lose 5 lbs first. If I lose, it's okay, because I believe I am doing it right!

I find a glass of warm milk really helps me feel full, and does a great job helping go to sleep!
