Oatmeal at least 5 days a week....:drinker: :drinker:0

Greek yogurt IS different than regular yogurt, but the brands vary widely. In my opinion the store brands that I have tried and even Yoplait are rather nasty on their own. The Oikos greek yogurt is great and I also like Chobani. Greek yogurt provides more protein, while usually being fat free and very creamy and I find the plain varieties are a great subtitute for sour cream.0

Urg, I have the energy drink thing too. It really kicks my budget in the balls when I realize I'm spending at least $40 a month on a damn beverage. :noway: Bah. I have such a caffeine and creamer addiction already it's not even funny. Speaking of which, coffee's done~!0

Any version of Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal with milk for breakfast every day. Can't believe I'm not sick of it yet!0

HOW DO YOU DO GREEK YOGURT?! it makes me gag lol
lol. I don't know. I can't get enough of it - straight up, plain, full fat. YUM!
I can't get enough, either. I think you have to find the brand that works best for you. I was eating Oikos for a while but noticed that I would get a horrible stomach ache after eating it (it must have more lactose in it, or something). I switched to Fage and LOVE IT!!!
I have the same lunch everyday:
wheat thins
a slice of swiss cheese cut into 16 pieces
2-3 carrots
hummus
Fage 0% greek yogurt (my fave is Cherry Pomegranate)
Yummy!0 -
Oatmeal with PB, banana, and honey. Yummy!!0

A banana. At least during the week--it's my breakfast staple, no matter what else I put with it. Always a banana.
Oh, and shout-out to my full fat Greek yogurt buddies. I LOVE that stuff. Plain, with stuff in it, whatever. It's all good.0 -
Any flavor of Chobani....it is by far my favorite greek yogurt!0

An apple a day or two is a for sure thing. Also Greek yogurt pretty close to everyday. I shak'em up really good and then put them in the freezer upside down and take them to work and by snack time it's like soft serve ice cream. Good Stuff!
Actually looking at my diary, Cheese pretty often too. I had a problem with dairy for the longest time, but after we went gluten free it disappeared like magic.0 -
Lately it's been celery every day with laughing cow cheese or hommus. I'm not a huge fan of peanut butter and I can eat sooo much of it and eat hardly any calories!0

I have PB in my banana smoothies, with milk, and a few ice cubes, blended til it's like a thickshake! Even better, just freeze the bananas, and omit the ice cubes! Yummo!0 -
Multi grain bread (usually a multi grain bagel). Coffee 2 cups. Usually peanut butter. And, water, naturally.0

I eat yogourt everyday, and most days a english muffin. boring. lol0

Peanut butter - on a banana, a piece of toast, or even by itself. I know this isn't the best but sometimes if I'm in a hurry and don't have time to get anything else to eat I'll eat just a spoonful of peanut butter for breakfast.. lol but it helps me last until lunch time!
I also have chocolate milk most days of the week... I have to have my chocolate, and I figure this is at least a little bit better in terms of calories than an entire chocolate bar.0 -
1 hard boiled egg
reduced sodium V-8 -- this is a mid-morning snack that love so much I have it every day.
My "veggie" bag: a ziploc sandwich bag containing one serving each of baby carrots, snow peas or sugar snap peas, grape tomatoes, and sliced zuchinni. All of them raw and crunchy. Great finger food while at work. I even take this bag with me when I head out on weekends.0 -
I almost always have Breyer's black cherry fruit on the bottom yogurt. And coffee. I have two cups of coffee a day, no more, no less.0
