I have been taking these for 2 weeks and I have put on 7lb. My appetite is huge lately. My hair feels lovely and so does my skin. I was taking them because they help hip bursary pain when I do exercise. Dilemna now do I stop taking them or continue. Love having nice hair but don't want to get fatter!!

I bought my scales for £5 around $8 from Walmart Asda. Buy second hand ones from ebay.

A friend said the other day, to look into doing what bodybuilders do, put on muscle. You can do a lot with a simple set of dumbbells at home. Not enough calories can cause a period to stop. If you have been having less than 1200 calories often, this can be the reason.

Try also adding in your goals, Sodium and Carbs and Sugar. So you are not having to much as i see you only do have Calories, Protein, Fiber, and you do need to know the others. Small steps... Learn from walking first, then build up your fitness. Going straight into a fitness class will cause injuries unless you have a good tutor who teaches newbies in one class and then you build up to the next class.

I cannot buy that much sweets because my brain will think we are having a binge and that could be dangerous LOL! Occasionally i might buy the 3 sweet packs £1 but that is not very often. (My downfall is marshmallows and cola fizzy wands) :noway:

I really would be happy if i could lose 10lb by Christmas Eve... I have joined the 20lb one but after this week not losing its going to be an up and down kind of weight loss. xx

I have noticed if i log the food the night before, then i only have to follow the day calories, rather than having extra bits and making the calories go over than the 1200 marker. If i don't log in advance it goes abit haywire!

@jadethief thanks for the tip about weighing scales. A must by for me. I keep getting to the 20lb mark then putting weight back on then back to 20lb. So all advice is great help from all the posters here. X
