Don't be too hard on yourself and allow yourself time to grieve. Exercise might help boost your mood too. I'm very sorry about your loss. I'm sure your grandma is very proud of you!

Try only weighing yourself once a week - the same day of the week, in the morning before you eat or drink, after you go to the bathroom and without clothes (that sounds weird but it makes a difference!).
