Always post daily.. I need to know what you did for the day on calories burned, water intake and how many of the extra (jumping jacks etc ) that you were able to do. Post this on my page or email me... FRIDAYS are weigh in Days.. I know some of you weigh in on other days that's fine as long as I have a number on Friday.. then I can update all at one time...

Respect everyone and be kind is all I ask .....we are here to support inspire and motivate... We can do this... also this is a participating group.. so I want your ideas on challenges... and I need to know how you did on the daily challenge so we know how far to kick it up.. we are going to burn those calories get toned and drop the pounds woohoo!!

    Thinning Turkey and Topaz Warriors are my votes.

    I got in the jumping jacks as part of my Insanity warm-up (Also how I got my 500 cal burn)...I could count the In-and-Out-Abs as the crunches, but I'll knock 50 out when I get home just for the who of it.

    Happy to see that this got put together and got a bunch of people on board so quickly. This is going to be awesome!

    For Aug-Nov group remember today's challenge : Tuesday: burn at least 500 calories, drink 64 ounces or more and lets add in 50 crunches and 10 jumping jacks.

    I Am so proud of Everyone today.. wow you guys kicked some butt... how was the challenge? can we kick it up a bit? I dont want to wear everyone out the first few days.. I want us to work up to pushing ourselves hard... any feedback?
