Hi, I'm mentally ill as well. I have Schizoaffective Disorder and it causes a great deal of suffering in my life. I've been doing better lately though.

I fail to understand the difference. I like the message though, someone mentioned it encourages people who undereat to do it more, but what about the people who overeat? They might be less inclined to go on a binge again tomorrow if they get scared by that message.

Well, in general you want to avoid eating over your daily calories, but it's fine if you make a mistake every now and then.

I've found that there are only two things that can stop me from eating to much. The first is to buy less food, and buy next to no unhealthy food. If I buy unhealthy food, I don't get a whole pack, because that means the whole pack will be showing on my hips. If I want ice cream, I don't get a bucket, I get a pint or less.…
