  • I do moderation. I've found the more I restrict myself, the more I will overindulge. Since I do everything in moderation, I get my fix and I don't feel guilty. It hasn't hindered my weight loss neither so do whatever makes you feel comfortable with yourself. :-)
  • I love it! It sounds killer!
  • I'm 5'3 and 22 years old, turning 23 in less than a month. High school weight-125||130 Heaviest weight- 152 Current weight- 125 to 130 Goal Weight- 120 During the end of my high school career, I started to gain weight and for three years, all I did was eat and lay around. It wasn't until I was in a bikini last year that I…
  • I usually gain around ten pounds every year during our trip so if you have time, exercise as much as you can and don't worry once you get there. You're there to relax and get away from reality for a few days. Screw the diet and live!
  • I have a cheat day every week and I take a week off from exercising every five weeks. It helps me curb my cravings and get me back to looking forward to exercising.
  • Don't worry about it. I've done that many times too. Just get back on the wagon the next day and things will be fine. One suggestion: Have a splurge day where you eat what you want and don't count calories. I have one every week that I can look forward to. I switch it my day up too so I don't have a bad day.
  • I drink diet pop all the time and I never crave anything sweet, unless I'm surfing the crimson wave. It really depends on the person.
  • One day they're good for you, the next they're bad. Who knows what to believe anymore. I just saw today that too little salt may increase heart disease. So if you want to drink it, go ahead. I do and I'm not going to let some scientist whose getting paid to say something one day, then say the complete opposite the next.
  • I have two labradors, one chocolate and one yellow. My chocolate lab Mel is my running buddy and God that dog loves to run. Whenever I'm on the treadmill, she sits by it and watches me run.
  • I've found that when combined, anti-depressants and exercise really help me. But I go through the same thing. Sometimes I just want to lay in front of the tv and not do anything. I deal with this by giving myself the weekend to relax and the incentive to exercise again.
  • Oh my God, I'm the same way. Lately I've been following the common rules: Don't eat after midnight, set limits for yourself and keep track of what you eat/drink. Sometimes I slip off the bandwagon but I immediately get back on. I try to not drink pop after 10 PM and and to keep a few bottles of water in the fridge at all…
  • I had the same problem. When I was fourteen I could run for ten minutes straight but after a seven year break, I found I couldn't do that right away. I started running back in June again and I could only do a few seconds before having to stop. Now I jog for two minutes before starting the rest of my work-out then I do…
