I have a big issue with dieting. I set rules and then I proceed to break them. I've been trying to do it on my own but its just not working so hopefully this will help. wish me luck! =)

    Don't diet then!!! Diets don't work change of lifestyle does. Diets only work when you are doing them and then you fall off the horse and go back to your previous errors. Example if you are a pop/soda drinker who drinks 3 cans a day; lower that down to 1 can a day and the other two can be cups of water. It doesnt seem much but will benefit you in the long run. So you will be changing and will enjoy your lifestyle changes and look back and ponder why you did what you did.

    Oh my God, I'm the same way. Lately I've been following the common rules: Don't eat after midnight, set limits for yourself and keep track of what you eat/drink. Sometimes I slip off the bandwagon but I immediately get back on. I try to not drink pop after 10 PM and and to keep a few bottles of water in the fridge at all times.
