I decided to just eat yogurt and soup for days one time....why? I don't know haha Tried Xenadrin....felt like I was on a stress test Tried Relacore....dumb The usual try to lose weight quick crap that doesn't work.

I agree with this all completely. Pictures are a huge confirmation of success for me. It's hard to see it daily in the mirror. But pictures side by side over a two week, one month span show the progress made

Previously it was always a diet. However this time around it's def a lifestyle change. I know this because I've stuck it out past a month and I'm okay with the slow rate of loss (weight and inches).

I've been able to actually go on the elliptical machine. I'm only able to do 10 minutes right now but it's 10 minutes more than I was able to do a month ago. The plan is to increase it by 2 minutes each week.

I have been slowly losing at the 1200 I'm at now. Changing to Active pushes up my intake by about 100 calories daily. Thanks for the input:smile:

I own three....2 from Old Navy and 1 from Wal-Mart. The one from Wal-Mart is actually more comfortable than the ones from ON

Both great ideas with the splitting of lunch and a bigger breakfast. During the week I usually grab a banana or a cup of grapes to eat on the drive in.

I try to get half of one in daily. I put it in with anything: salads, sandwiches, egg whites, fish... I really like avocado and think the calorie hit is worth it

I like to do something easy.....cereal w/ milk, fruit, a bar, egg whites, etc... But there is this great make-ahead recipe from WW for breakfast fritatas that you can freeze, thaw, and reheat.
