Any recommendations of sites or calculators to use to figure out the appropriate amount of calories I should be eating a day? I was told I was eating too little daily (1200). I don't want to just up it by a few hundred blindly. Thanks!
Should I change my activity from Lightly Active to Active on my Fitness Profile? I teach and do cardio (30-45mins, stationary bike and/or treadmill) 6 days a week. And I should be eating back a portion of my exercise calories?
I've found that from 3-6pm everyday I am starving and could probably eat non-stop. I've had this huge hunger urge at this time frame for as long as I can remember.
