Should I change my activity from Lightly Active to Active on my Fitness Profile? I teach and do cardio (30-45mins, stationary bike and/or treadmill) 6 days a week. And I should be eating back a portion of my exercise calories?

Probably and yes, if you set at a deficit you should be eating back your exercise calories0

If you switch your profile from Lightly Active to Active, I wouldn't add in exercise calories. You can, but I prefer to be conservative. Have you been losing at your current calorie deficit?
Estimating calories is difficult and will never be exact. You'll just have to do some trial and error. If after 4-6 weeks, you are losing, great! You're eating below your TDEE. If your weight stays the same, you've found your TDEE.And, of course, if you gain within those 4-6 weeks, then you're eating above TDEE. Adjust accordingly0 -
I have been slowly losing at the 1200 I'm at now. Changing to Active pushes up my intake by about 100 calories daily. Thanks for the input0
