I am 5'2" tall and was 125 before baby and a year of some indulgment. 125 is a comfortable weight for me...and I feel it is achievable for me That would put me right in the middle of the normal weight range for my height.

You can plan ahead and if you are going to family or friends house bring some healthy side dishes and appetizers..... Sometimes its good to eat something healthy before you show up to a gathering so you dont eat alot of other stuff that may not be to great.

I really dont recommend diet pills... they work on your heart and can do damage.. I think learning to change your lifestyle when it comes to food is a much better long lasting healthy result.
